Joint venture between Colli Berici and Cielo family in Veneto. Cooperative producing great value wines from both indigenous and international varietals.

Carefully selected fruit is harvested by a combination of manual and machine methods. After a soft press the fermentation with maceration lasts about 8-10 days using selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature below 25 ° C. The wine sees no oak treatment.

This is a fresh, medium bodied wine with hints of jam. The palette is smooth and velvety with ripe tannins and light notes of cassis and crushed herbs. Very approachable, fruit-forward and youthful style. Drink now.

Pair with grilled red meats, roast chicken, medium-aged cheeses.
