An edgy, racy Pinot with classic acidity and freshness allied with grainy texture and a core of brooding fruit. From a late-ripening organic vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley in South Australia. A Pale ruby, lightly cloudy colour. Bright red fruits of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Earthy herbal notes of rosemary, anise and sage. Soft with fine tannins, medium acid and a long finish.
