Fermentation occurs in contact between skins and must for 6-10 days to aid extraction and is then raised in stainless steel prior to bottling.
The nose is fruit forward with ripe blackcurrants to the fore accompanied by violets and cracked black peppercorn. The palette is soft, ripe and approachable with round tannic structure. Overall a dry, fruity and approachable everyday drinking wine.
Pair with pasta dishes, charcuterie, hard cheeses.
Suitable for Vegan/Vegetarian wine drinkers.
