Naturally Sparkling Sweet Fine Cider
Complex, natural cider made using the ancient art of keeving. A taste reminiscent of Normandy cider, with a subtle natural earthiness, a tarte tatin bite & a long finish, with lingering tannin gripping the tongue.
It's rich and unctuous & goes great with fruit based puddings, such as a bit of rhubarb or gooseberry, where some acidity would benefit from this cider's sweet form. Zero added sulphites, & fermented with wild yeast that create tiny, soft, natural bubbles while they continue to ferment extremely slowly in the bottle. Alc. 3.4 % vol.
