100% Sangiovese but blended with two sites owned by the state. Naturally fermented in the winery using ambient yeasts. No oak is used in the winemaking so this is a pure expression in the grape. Lovely garnet red, violents, elegant red fruit and poised acidity as a result of great winemaking.
