Established in 2000, Antonio Moretti Cuseri began buying up parcels of vines in eastern Sicily. The estate now comprises 50Ha under vine specialising in native varietals of the island such as Nero d'Avola and Grillo.
100% Nero d’Avola.
Controlled-temperature fermentation and maceration for about 15 days. Ageing in in stainless steel tanks, with four months of bottle ageing prior to release.
In the glass a ruby red colour. The nose is characterized by intense strawberry jam aromas, smoke and spices. The palette is round and ripe showing the deep black and red fruit profile of the Nera d'Avola varietal.
