Control of the fermentation temperature is very precise with the use of thermo-regulation systems, which help preserve the fruit and freshness. Wines are aged for 12 months in barrel (33% new oak).

Classic Claret with intense black fruits and menthol on the nose. Firm tannins frame a ripe smooth palette with hints of cedar and toast.
