But 20 years later and Aussie plonk was synomous with over-oaked Chardonnay and heavy alcoholic Shiraz. All tastings start at 7pm at the Salusbury Pub’s Dining room and last approximately two hours. Cheese and charcuterie accompany the tastings. Tickets to be purchased in advance - cancellations within two days of the tasting date can not be refunded.
