Adi Badenhorst is making some exciting wines in one of South Africa's most dynamic regions - Swartland. Akin to the Rhone in climate, and full of old vines, it is breeding ground for some of the countries most innovative winemakers.
The Curator is a great value red made from a blend of Shiraz, Cinsault and Mourvedre grown on four different sites. The slight rusticity blends well with dark plum and red berry fruit on a medium bodied palate.
