The Adriano family have been farming land in the Piedmont region of North-West Italy since the early 1900’s. The winery itself is a member of The Green Experience, an organisation that promotes sustainable viticulture within the Piedmont region.
The grappa itself is distilled from Nebbiolo grape skins grown in the Piedmont sub region, Barbaresco. Dry and vigorous in style, expect intense spicy aromas.
Produced from pressed Sangiovese skins, bottled young to retain its freshness.
